All persons desiring to be a football or cheer participant must meet the following criteria in order to participate in Ventura Packers Youth Football and Cheer.
- Participant must be between the ages of 6-14 as of December 2 of the same year
- Participant must "sign-up" at their home association
- Registration is on first-come basis

- All Candidates must provide the following by July 25:
- Completed standard PYFL Registration Form
- Proof of Residency (Current utility bills)
- Current Physical (Need before any physical participation)
- Certified Birth Certificate (if did not play in the 2011 Season)
